Encik Ahmad Shahrul Aimee, 38, was born in Terengganu and a chartered engineer by profession.  A Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic & Electrical Engineering (Control Engineering) graduate from Portsmouth University, England.

As the Managing Director of Asaga Corporation Sdn. Bhd he is responsible for the overall growth of the company. His 15 years of experience in various field work in reputable local and international companies as field work engineer, senior project engineer and management in electrical and instrumentation engineering industries are the manifestations of his experience and qualification thus ensure supreme quality and signatures in the services provided by Asaga Corporation.

A Chemical Engineering degree holder from University of Missouri at Columbia, United States of America. He is Reporting to Managing Directors on operational matters of Asaga Corporation.

Prior to his appointment as General Manager in 2004, he had served several companies especially in oil and gas related industries with specialization in electrical and instrumentation. His more than 11 years experience in technical and management training made him as one of the backbone individual in charting the progress of Asaga Corporation Sdn. Bhd. growth.

Puan Hanita binti Zainal is a UK based trained accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from University of Portsmouth, England in 1996. Appointed as Director of Finance and Administration sin 2003.

The Director of Finance and Administration is a strategic thinking-partner and report to the Managing Director. Her responsibility covers Human Resource Talent Management, Business Planning and Budgeting, Administration, Information Technology and Financial matters of Asaga Corporation Sdn. Bhd.
